In fact, the official ATP tour homepage [2] says Vitas has only ever beaten Borg by walkover. Will change the article back to say Connors in a bit, unless someone has something to add. --Gargletheape02:22, 27 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Well, right now the article claims he was 0-16 against Borg, yet includes a quotation suggesting that he defeated Borg at least once. Which was it? Wencer05:19, 28 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Someone who's not a registered user just changed it to Borg giving no reasons. Changed it back. Can anyone who thinks it should be Borg after all please give SOME reasons on the talk page? --Gargletheape05:49, 30 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Connors losing streak
It's pretty hard for Gerulaitis to have lost 16 straight matches to Connors when he lost only 14 matches to Connors in his entire career. Gerulaitis had lost 12 straight to Connors coming into that 1979 Masters match.[4]
Ramesh Krishnan and Martina Navratilova
I don't know if this belongs on any page as it is more trivia than anything, but in 1983, Vitas apparently put his house up after Martina Navratilova claimed she might be able to defeat some of the top 100 men players and challenged her to defeat Ramesh Krishnan (at the time #100). I have found multiple retellings of the story on the internet, but none that seem to have original sources. Autkm (talk) 03:12, 23 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
